How it Works

1. Get in touch

When you’re ready to start your journey, head over to our contact page to get in touch.

We’ll then arrange a free 15 minute telephone call where we’ll gather some information and give you the opportunity to ask questions to ensure that our services are the right fit for you.

2. Initial Assessment

We’ll arrange a face to face initial assessment at Emerald Therapy Services in Chester. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your needs and develop a treatment plan for future sessions.

You’re under no obligation to continue after this initial session if you decide our services aren’t the right fit for you.

3. Sessions

We’ll arrange a course of sessions based on the treatment plan we developed at your initial assessment. At the start, sessions are usually weekly to help you get comfortable and build a good connection, but that can change as things move along.

Our sessions are normally 50 minutes, but they can be a bit longer if needed.
