Cancelled Sessions
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. If you cancel or miss a session with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee may be charged at our discretion. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time cannot be accommodated and the full session fee may apply.
We appreciate this may sound a little harsh, but when a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we’re often unable to fill the time slot by offering it to somebody else and we still incur the room fee and other costs. We’re grateful for your understanding.
Late Arrivals
If you’re going to be late for a face to face or virtual session, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. Sessions will always finish at the designated time to avoid creating delays for other clients.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and haven’t contacted us to tell us you’ll be late, we’ll assume you aren’t coming and will consider that as a cancellation without the required 48 hours notice.
Technical Issues in Online Sessions
We’ll do our best to make allowances for technical problems during online sessions. If we’re unable to deliver a session due to technical issues on our end, we’ll do our best to reschedule the session for you.
Session Refusal
We will not continue sessions if you present threatening or inappropriate behaviour. For your safety and ours, we will also not complete sessions if you show signs of being intoxicated or unable to fully engage due to substance use. Sessions cancelled due to the above will still incur the full session fee.
Workshops and Education Sessions
All workshop and event bookings will be subject to a cancellation notice period of a minimum of 10 working days. Should the cancellation be made with less than 10 working days, 100% of the fees will become payable. Should the event be cancelled with more than 10 working days we will charge an administration fee of 5% of the total fees payable.
If we are asked to postpone the event we will require a minimum notice of 10 working days. Clients are permitted one postponement and the event must be rescheduled to take place within a maximum of 6 months from the original date otherwise 100% of the fees will become payable.
