Conduct Of Clients And Visitors To The Website

While our Inner Calm Collective sessions provide space for clients to work through difficult feelings and emotions, we will not accept threatening or abusive behaviour in sessions or otherwise. Such behaviour may result in the session ending and the client being liable for the full session cost. The use of the service may also be terminated.

Confidentiality And Data Protection

Trust is an integral part of a therapist-client relationship; therefore, all Inner Calm Collective sessions and therapist-client communication will be kept confidential. However there might be certain circumstances where we may have to consider breaking a client’s confidence for their own safety. For example, this could be if there was a risk of immediate harm to the client or to another person. There are also rare circumstances where we may be required by law to disclose client information. Finally, in some situations it might be necessary for us to share notes with other health professionals, for example if you see more than one therapist. Wherever possible, we will discuss sharing your information with you beforehand and ensure that you are fully aware and informed of procedures.  If this is not possible we will use our professional discretion.
